Note: When you book directly with us here (using the above form), you gain access to our reservations staff from initial enquiry to arrival at the villa. This allows you to organise and adjust your stay as required, including requests for your arrival day and for any special events during your stay. You will also gain direct access to our villa manager at 2 weeks before your arrival. For payments, as a direct guest, you have the option to pay a deposit to confirm your stay, then a final payment upto 1-month before arrival. When booking through an agent, a single payment is required and all communications are made through the agent.
How To Book
Use the above form to submit your enquiry so we can begin discussing your dates, group details and confirm your pricing. If requested, we will tentatively hold your preferred dates on our calendar (if the dates are available, without obligation) while you discuss your stay within your group. After 7 days, if no feedback from you, tentative holds are removed from the calendar. After 28 days, if no feedback from you, enquiries are closed. If a conflicting enquiry is made while tentative hold is in place, we need a reply from our follow-up email from you within 24hrs. To keep your enquiry active or your tentative hold in place, all we ask is that you keep in touch.
